Healing effects

Shiitake is an interesting fungus that is very medicinal, eg against influenza A virus and also has strong anti-cancer effects in various sarcomas, eg E 120.

It lowers blood pressure and cholesterol, contributes to increased physical and mental performance, mental state and libido in both sexes.

Shiitake is very suitable for the treatment of diseases of the upper respiratory tract, poor blood circulation, liver problems, exhaustion and weakness.

It stimulates and strengthens the immune system, has anti-bacterial and anti-viral properties (effective against HIV).

Increases resistance to viruses such as encephalitis, polio, measles and other viral and bacterial infections. It is not for nothing that it is nicknamed the "virus killer".

Shiitake has also been shown to reduce platelet aggregation.

In Eastern medicine, it is compared to Ginseng for its adaptogenic properties.

Active substances

Shiitake is a source of essential amino acids, macro and microelements, polysaccharides, vitamin B1 (thiamine), B2 (riboflavin), B3 (niacin), vitamin D and fungal phytoncytes. The protein content in the fruiting bodies is comparable to the protein content in poultry, pork and beef, but at the same time the fat content is significantly lower than in meat, while the fiber content of Shiitake significantly exceeds the meat.

Shiitake contains the most potassium, iron, phosphorus and vitamins B and D of all kinds of foods. In addition, the high content of ergosterol in fresh Shiitake fruit is converted to vitamin D2 by drying due to sunlight.

Lentinan is a compound (polysaccharide) isolated from the Shiitake fungus and is used as an intravenous anti-cancer agent. It is especially effective in the treatment of cancers of the stomach, liver, pancreas, lungs, colon and rectum. It stimulates the production of helper T-lymphocytes, which also increase the efficiency of macrophages capable of absorbing foreign materials and thus have a strong antitumor effect and stop the destructive activity of viruses. AHCC is a glucan that has antioxidant effects and is also used in cancer patients. Shiitake also protects the liver and helps regenerate and heal the liver thanks to the substance betaglucan.

Betaglucan is a unique, natural, complex polysaccharide capable of supporting the body's defense reactions against bacteria and parasites. It activates macrophages to remove cells damaged by radiation, acts as a powerful antioxidant that removes all harmful substances from the body. Ensures perfect detoxification of the body. Betaglucan further improves hematopoiesis, lowers cholesterol, normalizes blood sugar levels, improves regeneration, and produces antibodies targeting tumor cells.

Eritadenine is a substance from the Shiitake mushroom that lowers blood cholesterol and is involved in lowering blood pressure.

Contains: proteins, amino acids (albumin, leucine, lysine, prolamine, ...), B vitamins, minerals (calcium, iron, phosphorus, zinc, ...) polysaccharides, fatty acids (linolenic, sterols, ... )

Use: Excellent results in the treatment of liver (cirrhosis, hepatitis) and digestive system (treatment of gastric ulcers). The fungus adds strength and strengthens the human immune system. It improves the mental state and arouses sexual strength in both sexes. It is recommended for use in sclerosis, chronic fatigue syndrome, diabetes, lowers cholesterol, is an important source of vitamin D, has anti-tumor, anti-viral effects and is used as an adjunct in the treatment of cancer.
